1. Our commitment

Copperline Auto Climate wants this website and our shop to work for everyone, including customers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or captions. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

2. What we have done on this site

  • Semantic headings, landmarks and a skip-to-content link on every page.
  • Full keyboard operation, including the menu, accordions and cookie banner, with a visible focus outline.
  • Text and interface colors tested for contrast against their backgrounds.
  • Descriptive alternative text on informative images; decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
  • Form fields with real labels, not placeholder-only prompts.
  • All motion disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
  • Layout reflows to 320px width and remains usable at 200% zoom.

3. Accessibility at the shop

  • Two designated accessible parking spaces beside the customer entrance.
  • Step-free entry from the customer lot and a 36-inch doorway.
  • Accessible restroom in the waiting area.
  • Estimates read aloud, printed in large type, or emailed on request.
  • Curbside key handover for customers who prefer not to enter.
  • Service animals welcome anywhere customers are permitted.

4. Known limitations

Our pricing tables scroll horizontally on very narrow screens; the same information is available by phone or email in any format you prefer. Third-party content we link to, such as manufacturer bulletins, is outside our control.

5. Tell us where we fall short

If any part of this site or our premises presents a barrier, contact us and we will fix it or find another way to serve you. Email services@auto.intercoolventilation.com with "Accessibility" in the subject, or call 248-273-0823. We acknowledge within two business days and aim to resolve within 15. We review this statement each January.
