1. Scope

These terms govern your use of auto.intercoolventilation.com (the "site") and, where indicated, the repair services provided by Copperline Auto Climate at 3005 Tennessee Avenue, Troy, Michigan. Using the site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. The site is informational

The site describes our services, hours, location and typical pricing. It does not process payments, does not create a booking on its own, and does not form a contract for repair. A repair contract exists only when you sign or otherwise expressly approve a written estimate at the shop.

3. Prices and estimates

Prices published on the site are typical ranges for orientation, current as of the date shown, and subject to change without notice. Parts availability, vehicle condition, seized fasteners and prior repairs all affect the final figure. The only binding price is the written estimate we issue for your specific vehicle, valid 14 days. Under Michigan law we will obtain your approval before exceeding an authorized estimate; our internal threshold is $25.

4. Appointments, drop-off and storage

• Appointments are held for 30 minutes past the scheduled time.
• Please remove valuables. We are not responsible for personal property left in a vehicle.
• Vehicles left overnight are parked in a lit, fenced lot at your own risk.
• Storage is free for 5 calendar days after we notify you the vehicle is ready; thereafter $25 per day.
• A vehicle unclaimed for 30 days after notification may be subject to a mechanic's lien under Michigan law.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at pickup by cash, debit or major credit card. Approved fleet accounts are invoiced net 15; balances past 30 days accrue 1.5% monthly. Returned checks incur a $35 fee. We never request payment by email link, wire transfer, gift card or cryptocurrency. Any message doing so is fraudulent; call 248-273-0823 to verify.

6. Warranty and limitations

Warranty terms are set out in full on the Warranty & Refunds page and are incorporated here. Except as stated there, services are provided without further warranty, and to the extent permitted by Michigan law our liability for any claim arising from a repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost wages, rental cars or missed appointments.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Describe symptoms accurately, including prior repairs and any customer-installed parts.
• Disclose known safety defects, aftermarket modifications or accident damage.
• Confirm you are the owner or are authorized by the owner to approve repairs.
• Return promptly for follow-up if a warning light or symptom reappears — continuing to drive can convert a small repair into a large one.

8. Intellectual property

The text, layout, photography and logo on this site belong to Copperline Auto Climate. You may print or share pages for your own non-commercial use. Republishing, scraping or reusing the content commercially requires our written permission. Vehicle manufacturer names are used descriptively; we are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any manufacturer.

9. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, submit false enquiries, or use automated tools to harvest content or contact details. We may block access for any of these.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Oakland County, Michigan. Before filing, please contact Mabel Garcia directly — almost everything is resolved in one conversation. Nothing here limits any right you have under the Michigan Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act or the Consumer Protection Act.

11. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the warranty page and the written estimate for your vehicle, are the entire agreement between us.
